D&E lands international John Deere top dealership award

Local business, Drummond and Etheridge, has recently been awarded the highest accolade among John Deere dealers internationally.  Alongside three other dealerships in Australasia they have been awarded with the John Deere Manager’s Club Award for 2011

The Manager’s Club Award is measured on sales performance and market share.  Sales performance takes into account all areas of the business from Agricultural, Turf and Utility to Parts. The award recognises the top 10% of John Deere dealers within the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

“We are very proud to be the only John Deere dealer in New Zealand to have achieved this award and it is a true reflection on the strength of the John Deere brand locally and the hard work of our staff” says Mark Etheridge, Managing Director of Drummond and Etheridge Ltd.

During recent years Drummond and Etheridge has invested heavily in facilities, technical equipment and the training of staff to ensure the best possible service is offered to their customers.

“We are committed to the continued growth of our business and the new building in Ashburton will soon be followed by the development of a new facility in Rolleston to ensure we can deliver the best possible service to the Canterbury and North Canterbury region” says Mark.

In recognition of the Manager’s Club award John Deere has invited head personnel from each of the winning dealerships to a prestigious four day event in Florida, USA to be held early March.

“This event gives us a unique opportunity to network with other top dealers from the USA and Canada as well as key executives from John Deere” says Mark.

Drummond and Etheridge’s John Deere dealerships are based at 832 East St in Ashburton and 714 Main South Rd, Templeton in Christchurch.  More information can be found at www.dne.co.nz
